The past few days have flown by as we adjust to the warm
temperatures and laid back life style here. The pool has been my main calling
although we have managed to get out to do a bit of shopping, visiting and
household chores. I can even see that I am starting to brown up somewhat so
feel a little less pale next to the Floridians. The weather has been warm and
sunny up until today which is overcast, warm and muggy. It is still short and T-shirt
weather so we cannot complain. Perhaps later the sun will appear and we will
have the opportunity for a quick dip in the pool. Tonight is Friday Fest down
at the water front so we will certainly take that in later as well. The band
tonight is supposed to be very good and is very popular in this area. Tomorrow
is Saturday already and the big Market is always a must to go to. We will be
there for sure to get some of the best fresh produce, especially the wonderful
honey bell oranges. They are so sweet and delicious…..mmmm.
